Special Programs for High School Students

"The Conquest of Cancer and the Next Generation of Cancer Researchers"

The AACR is committed to the education and training of the next generation of cancer researchers.  A special program for high school students will take place during several AACR conferences throughout the year.  This educational and interactive program provides students and teachers with an exciting day of learning about cancer research and prevention, networking and interacting with leading cancer researchers and scientific experts from around the world, and exploring career opportunities in the cancer field.  In addition, students will hear an inspiring presentation from a cancer survivor and have an opportunity to present posters of their school or lab research projects.  (Complimentary Lunch is provided.)
