The AACR has recently been notified that some conference registrants are being solicited by an unauthorized company trying to obtain credit card information by phone and email to secure housing accommodations at this conference. Hyatt Regency Montréal. A reduced conference rate of $239 CAD per night (plus tax) is available to conference attendees until Monday, May 21, 2018. Reservations may be made online below or by calling 1-800-361-8234 and requesting the Cancer Dormancy and Residual Disease conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 5% Federal Tax, 9.975% Provincial Tax and a 3.5% Lodging Tax. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge up to 72 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. 

Travel to Montréal
The closest major airport to the conference site is the Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL), located approximately 25 minutes from the hotel. The AACR has named Gant Travel Management as its official travel coordinator for this conference.

Ground Transportation
A variety of ground transportation options is available upon arrival, including taxi service, private car service, Uber, car rentals, and shared shuttles. Taxi transportation to and from the Montréal-Trudeau Airport is approximately $40 CAD one way. The 747 bus line service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, between the Montréal-Trudeau airport and downtown Montréal (corner of Berri and Sainte-Catherine - Berri-UQAM station). Travel time may vary between 45 to 70 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Additionally, the AACR has arranged for a car rental discount through Hertz. International Travel
Researchers from more than 50 different countries regularly participate in AACR meetings and conferences. The AACR encourages and appreciates the contributions of international researchers at our programs. If you plan to attend this AACR conference, please contact the American Consulate in your country to review the current regulations for travel to the United States.
