CRI-CIMT-EATI-AACR - The Inaugural International Cancer Immunotherapy Conference: Translating Science into Survival


Abstracts are no longer being accepted for this conference. The abstract submission deadline was Wednesday, June 10, 2015. All abstracts submitted by the Wednesday, June 10 deadline will be considered for poster presentation. Additionally, oral presentations of highly rated abstracts will be integrated within thematic sessions.

Schedule of Poster Presentations
All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters during one of the following sessions: Wednesday, September 16, 6:45 p.m.-8:45 p.m. or Friday, September 18, 4:45 p.m.-6:45 p.m. Links to abstract titles and poster presenters assigned to each session are listed below.

  • Session A (Wednesday, September 16, 6:45 p.m.-8:45 p.m.)
  • Session B (Friday, September 18, 4:45 p.m.-6:45 p.m.)

Presentation and Publication
Abstracts selected for presentation during the conference will be printed in the Conference Proceedings from submitted material. Every effort will be made to reproduce the content of the abstracts as submitted, except in certain circumstances where changes may be made to comply with the conference style guide. Abstract titles and authors will be posted on the conference website before the conference begins (only titles and authors; no data will be posted online before the conference). For those abstracts that have been accepted for poster presentation, poster boards dimensions will be provided in correspondence to the ABSTRACT PRESENTERS. The organizers will provide poster numbers and pushpins.    

From the accepted posters, a limited number of highly rated abstract presenters will also be invited to deliver short oral presentations of their work during the general sessions. All abstracts will be considered. Instructions will be sent to the ABSTRACT PRESENTERS with the date, time, and format for these presentations.

Registration and Accommodations
Individuals planning on presenting an abstract at this conference are encouraged to register and make a room reservation at the conference hotel as early as possible. If an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the conference, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee. Request for Withdrawal
Once an abstract has been submitted, it may be withdrawn only by written request from the ABSTRACT PRESENTER. The request may be sent by fax to 215-599-0111 or email to and must be received at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
