The Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention Awards Committee oversees the selection of recipients for the following awards:
- The AACR-Cancer Research and Prevention Foundation Award for Excellence in Cancer Prevention recognizes seminal contributions to the field of cancer prevention.
- The AACR-American Cancer Society Award for Research Excellence in Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention honors outstanding research accomplishments in the fields of epidemiology, biomarkers, and prevention.

The Clinical Research and Experimental Therapeutics Awards Committee oversees the selection of recipients for the following awards:
