AACR Announces Annual Meeting Press Conference Schedule

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The American Association for Cancer Research Annual Meeting 2013 will be held here April 6-10. To help reporters plan coverage of the meeting, the AACR Communications and Public Relations Department will host a series of press conferences throughout the week.

Final content, including embargoed press releases and other materials, will be distributed to registered reporters and other members of the media on April 1.

Press conferences will be held at the following times and locations:

Saturday, April 6, 2013:
  • 1 p.m. ET, “Late Breaking Clinical Trials,” Room 153, Washington, D.C. Convention Center
  • 3:30 p.m. ET, “Genomics and Predictors of Outcome,” Room 153, Washington, D.C. Convention Center
Sunday, April 7, 2013:
  • 2 p.m. ET, “Treatment and Resistance to Targeted Therapies,” Room 153, Washington, D.C. Convention Center
  • 5 p.m. ET, “Stand Up To Cancer,” Room 152, Washington, D.C. Convention Center
Tuesday, April 9, 2013:
  • 9 a.m. ET, “AACR Policy Initiatives,” Room 153, Washington, D.C. Convention Center
