Colorectal cancer constitutes one of the most common cancers in the United States and worldwide. Significant advances have been made in recent years, yet challenges and opportunities remain. This conference will convene internationally renowned scientists to provide state-of-the art talks in critical areas of relevance to colorectal cancer: stem cell and regenerative biology, regulation of the genome, genetics of susceptibility, inflammation and the tumor microenvironment, mouse models, advances in diagnostics, and clinical trials/experimental therapeutics.
