More than 16,000 cancer researchers, health professionals and cancer survivors and advocates met at the 102nd Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research 2011, from Saturday, April 2, to Wednesday, April 6, in Orlando, Fla. The theme of the meeting, "Innovation and Collaboration – The Path to Progress," highlighted novel approaches and technologies being used in the laboratory, innovative preclinical science, clinical trial results and more. During the meeting the AACR interviewed many of the preeminent leaders in the global cancer community.
