Cancer and Biomedical Research Career Fair, 100th Annual Meeting 2009, Date: Saturday April 18, 2009 Photo by ©AACR/Todd BuchananJob seekers and employers are invited to join AACR for its 2010 Cancer and Biomedical Research Career Fair. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, April 17, during the AACR 101st Annual Meeting 2010 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. Building on the success of AACR’s two previous Cancer and Biomedical Research Career Fairs, the 2010 Fair is expected to be bigger and provide many more opportunities for both job seekers and employers.

Once again, this event will bring job seekers with highly specialized scientific skills (basic and translational researchers, clinicians, and epidemiologists) together with more than 30 employers representing academia, cancer centers, government, and industry. Employers will be able to speak with both early-career scientists as well as more experienced scientists during the Career Fair on Saturday, April 17, and throughout the Annual Meeting. The Career Fair will be free of charge for those job seekers attending the 101st Annual Meeting. Please check the box when registering for the meeting if you intend to participate in the Career Fair.
