AACR Annual Meeting 2012

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration for the AACR Annual Meeting 2012 may be completed online or by fax/mail using the registration form. Registration forms submitted without full payment cannot be processed and will be returned. Government or other purchase orders cannot be accepted. All fees must be paid in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank. Onsite registration will be available at McCormick Place West beginning on Friday, March 30. Please note that paying the abstract submission fee does not constitute registration for the meeting.

AACR Membership ELIGIBILITY FOR REGISTRATION AT AACR MEMBER RATES

Individuals who are interested in joining the AACR and registering at the advance member rate must submit membership applications no later than Tuesday, January 31. Only individuals who are listed on the membership rolls as of Wednesday, February 22, will be accorded the privilege of registering for the AACR Annual Meeting 2012 at the member rates. If upon review of a membership application a candidate is deemed ineligible for the membership category to which he or she has applied, then the candidate will need to register at the nonmember rate. For membership information and to apply today, visit the Membership section of the AACR website.

CONFIRMATIONS

All mailed or faxed registrations will be confirmed within two weeks of receipt. Online registrations will be confirmed at the time of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the AACR registration company, CompuSystems, at (708) 486-0720 or aacr@compusystems.com.

CREDENTIALS

All advance registrants will receive an Express Badge Pickup confirmation by email approximately one week prior to the start of the conference. Please bring this notice with you to the AACR Annual Meeting 2012 and you may proceed to the Advance Registration counters for fast pick up of your registration credentials. Your badge will provide you with access to the scientific sessions as well as the exhibit floor.

REQUEST AN OFFICIAL VISA LETTER OF INVITATION

An official letter of invitation is available through the online registration system or by emailing AACR@compusystems.com.

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION

A special reduced fee of $50 is available for spouses and guests to attend the social activities and provide access to the exhibit hall and poster sessions only. Spouse/guest registrants are not permitted in any scientific session outside of the exhibits and posters. Arrangements for spouses/guests to attend a single scientific session may be made in the registration area onsite. Please note that the spouse/guest registration fee is not available to scientists in the field.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

Request for refunds must be made in writing to aacr@compusystems.com. There will be a $75 processing fee applied to refunds requested by March 2, 2012. No refunds can be made after March 2.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Group registrations (15 or more persons) may be completed using the Group Registration Form below. Group registrations must include housing forms for each registrant within the AACR group block. Group registrations will not be processed without an AACR Group Housing form or notification of location of housing outside of the AACR block. Travel agencies or any third parties must include a completed registration form for each member of the group. All changes in group registrations must be submitted in writing prior to March 19, 2012. If these changes alter the total amount due for the group, a reconciliation of the amount due must be made with AACR's registration company, CompuSystems, no later than March 23, 2012. Registration materials for preregistered groups will be available for pickup at pre-assigned times on March 30, 2012, in the registration area in the convention center.
