Proceedings of the AACR: Free Download to Mobile Devices
The 2010 Proceedings of the AACR is available for free download to the following mobile devices:
Downloading the Proceedings to Your Kindle:
- Connect the Kindle to your computer using the USB cable.
- The Kindle directory should open automatically. If not, open the My Computer folder and open the Kindle directory.
- In the Kindle directory, open the Documents folder.
- Click here to download the Proceedings of the AACR. When the File Download dialog box opens, click Save, open the Kindle Documents folder, and click the Save button.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the Kindle.
- A new entry for each downloaded file will appear in the Kindle menu.

Downloading the Proceedings to Your iPhone / iPod Touch:
- Access the App Store on your iPhone and search for "Stanza." The free application will appear as the first item in the search results.
- Download the free Stanza app to your iPhone. If Stanza is already installed, be sure to update the application before trying to download the Proceedings.
- Open the Stanza app.
- From the controls at the bottom of the screen, touch the “Get Books” button.
- Touch the Edit button at the top of the screen.
- Touch the plus (+) sign next to select "Download Book from URL."
- Enter the following URL in the URL field:
http://bit.ly/AbstractsEPub
- Touch the “Download” button in the top right corner of the screen.
- The "AACR 2010 Presentations" file will display in the Recent Downloads section and in the Library section. Touch the file name to begin browsing.

Downloading the Proceedings to Your Sony Reader:
- Click here to download the Proceedings of the AACR. When the File Download dialog box opens, click Save and save the file(s) to your computer:

- Connect the Sony Reader to your computer using the USB cable.
- Open the My Computer folder and locate and open the Reader directory.
- In the Sony Reader directory, open the Documents folder.
- Copy the downloaded file(s) into the Documents folder.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the Sony Reader. Each downloaded file will appear as a title in your Catalog.

Downloading the Proceedings to Your Barnes & Noble Nook:
- Click here to download the Proceedings of the AACR. When the File Download dialog box opens, click Save and save the file(s) to your computer.

- Connect the Nook to your computer using the USB cable.
- Open the My Computer folder and locate and open the Nook directory.
- In the Nook directory, open the My Documents folder.

- Disconnect the USB cable from the Nook.
- On the Nook, click on My Library.
- In the touch pad at the bottom, touch "Check for new content."
- Each downloaded file will appear as a title in your Library.
