Final Program

The Annual Meeting Final Program contains the dates, times, titles, speakers, locations, and descriptions for all presentations. The Final Program is available in three formats:

  • Online Itinerary Planner: Available through the AACR website. Users can search all Annual Meeting sessions and presentations (including all proffered abstracts) by author / speaker, title word, and keyword.
  • Print Version: Provided to all registrants onsite in the Registration Area at the Annual Meeting.
  • PDF Version: Available through the AACR website.

Proceedings of the AACR

The Proceedings contains abstracts of all proffered papers accepted for presentation as well as the extended abstracts submitted by invited speakers. It is available in three formats:

  • Online: Available through the AACR website. Abstracts are searchable by author/speaker, title word, and keyword.
  • CD-ROM: Provided to all Annual Meeting registrants and all dues-paid AACR Active, Associate, and Affiliate members. Attendees who registered by February 24, 2006, received the CD-ROM by mail in mid-March. Meeting attendees who registered after February 24 received the CD-ROM at the meeting. AACR Active, Associate, and Affiliate members who did not attend the meeting will receive the CD-ROM by mail in mid-May.   • Print: Orders for advance copies had to be placed no later than February 24, 2006. To order a print version of the proceedings, please complete and return the order form below.

AACR Education Book

As a complement to its outstanding Annual Meeting Educational Program, the AACR published an Education Book. The Education Book contained state-of-the-art overviews contributed by the speakers in the Annual Meeting Educational Sessions and Methods Workshops held on Saturday, April 1. All Annual Meeting registrants received a copy of the 2006 AACR Education Book onsite. The Education Book will be available online at no charge in May 2006.

AACR Highlights: Clinical and Translational Cancer Research at the 2006 Annual Meeting

Meeting registrants also received onsite a special program guide that contains selected abstracts that were considered to be of particular interest to clinical and translational cancer researchers. The publication also featured a version of the Daily Calendar that highlighted meeting sessions containing clinical or translational research reports and discussions. This Supplement helped clinical and translational researchers find the presentations most relevant to their interests.

Annual Meeting Sessions on CD-ROM

Audio CD-ROMs in MP3 format of most Annual Meeting oral sessions are being sold by Conference Media Contractors. CD-ROMs ordered onsite will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks after the meeting. Discounts for multiple orders are available. Please note that the Association has granted to CMC exclusive reproduction rights for the sessions at the Annual Meeting.
