The conference will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, California. A reduced conference rate of $209 per night (plus tax) is available to conference attendees until Friday, December 13. Reservations can be made online below or by calling 1 (866) 751-ROCK and requesting the AACR-IASLC Joint Conference: Molecular Origins of Lung Cancer conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until Friday, December 13. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is made. The closest major airport to the conference site is the San Diego International Airport (SAN), just 10 minutes (3 m / 4.8 km) from the hotel. A variety of ground transportation options are available upon arrival; including taxi service, shuttle service, private car service, and car rentals. Taxi service between the San Diego International Airport (SAN) and the Hard Rock Hotel is approximately $15 one-way, plus gratuity.
