Exhibitors at the 2007 Annual Meeting may request current pre and post mailing lists. Post Annual Meeting lists will be available beginning April 30, 2007. Turnaround time for an electronic mailing list (excel file attachment) is 3-5 days. For Cheshire or self adhesive labels the turnaround time is 7-10 days. All requests for mailing lists must be in writing and can be mailed, e-mailed or faxed along with a sample of the piece to be mailed. - Sign List Rental Agreement.
- Attach complete sample of the mailing piece.
