Final Program
The Annual Meeting
Final Program contains the dates, times, titles, speakers, locations, and descriptions for all presentations. The Final Program will be available in three formats:
- Online
The Online Itinerary Planner is now available. Users can search all Annual Meeting presentations (including all proffered abstracts) by author/speaker, title word, and keyword and can create a personal itinerary for the meeting.
- Print
Provided to all registrants in the registration area at the Annual Meeting.
- PDF
The Final Program is now available for download.
Proceedings
The
Proceedings of the AACR will contain abstracts of all proffered papers accepted for presentation as well as the extended abstracts submitted by invited speakers. It will be available in three formats:
- Online
The Online Itinerary Planner is now available. Users can search all Annual Meeting presentations (including all proffered abstracts) by author/speaker, title word, and keyword and can create a personal itinerary for the meeting.
- CD-ROM
Available free to all Annual Meeting registrants and all dues-paid AACR Active, Associate, and Affiliate members. Annual Meeting attendees will receive the CD-ROM Proceedings in their meeting bags onsite. AACR members who do not attend the Annual Meeting will receive the CD-ROM by mail in late April 2008. Meeting registrants who wish to receive a CD-ROM by mail prior to the meeting must register by February 29, 2008, and request advance delivery. The advance shipping fee is $15. ($25 outside the U.S.)
- Print (by advance purchase only)
Available in advance of the meeting at the following rates: $45 ($55 outside the U.S.) for a copy mailed approximately four weeks before the meeting; $20 for a copy picked up at the meeting. The deadline to request advance mailing of the print Proceedings was February 29. AACR members will receive ordering information in January 2008. After the Annual Meeting, remaining copies will be available for $60.
Education Book
The
Education Book contains state-of-the-art overviews from speakers in the Educational Sessions and Methods Workshops. It will be available free online at
http://educationbook.aacrjournals.org/ after the meeting, but attendees can also obtain a free print copy onsite by request. Check the appropriate box when registering to reserve a copy.
Highlights: Clinical and Translational Cancer Research at the 2008 Annual Meeting
Meeting attendees will receive a special Pocket Calendar highlighting sessions of interest for clinical and translational investigators. In addition, the online and CD-ROM versions of the
Proceedings will enable users to obtain search results by abstract category, primary organ site, and research type (basic, translational, clinical).
