NOTIFICATION OF ABSTRACT STATUS
All individuals listed as abstract presenters will be notified of acceptance or rejection by e-mail prior to the advance registration deadline of August 1. Notices and instructions will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of abstract submission. If your abstract is not selected for presentation, you may request a full refund of your registration fee by contacting the AACR Meetings Department at
meetings@aacr.org. Poster boards will be 4 feet high and 8 feet across (1.22m x 2.44m). AACR will provide poster numbers and pushpins.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS FROM HIGHLY RATED ABSTRACTS
To encourage the participation of early-career scientists and to present the most current and innovative data, up to 16 high-impact oral presentations of highly rated abstracts will be selected by the conference chairpersons and integrated into the main scientific program. All submitted abstracts will be considered. Anyone selected to present an oral presentation will be notified prior to the advance registration deadline of August 1.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS FOR ABSTRACT PRESENTERS
Individuals planning on presenting an abstract at this conference are encouraged to register and make a room reservation at the conference hotel as early as possible. If an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the conference, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee and may cancel his/her room reservation at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
