The Second Annual International Conference on Molecular Diagnostics in Cancer Therapeutic Development provided a vital forum for basic scientists, translational researchers, physician-scientists and others who are involved in the quickly evolving field of cancer diagnostics and therapeutics development. The conference program featured presentations from outstanding leaders in these two areas of science and cancer medicine and many of the related, multifaceted areas of applied cancer research. The 2007 conference was enriched by an expanded educational program that included a panel discussion, as well as a special professional advancement session for young investigators. Over 350 researchers from around the world participated in the 2007 Molecular Diagnostics conference.
