REGISTRATION PROCESS
All persons wishing to attend the conference must register either
online or by returning by fax or mail the
registration form below. Space at the conference is limited and is on a first-come-first-served basis according to the date of registration.
Space permitting, onsite registration will be possible in the Salon A-D Foyer of the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. All registrations are for the full conference only; single day registration is not available.
Registration forms will not be processed without full payment. We cannot accept copies of checks, government, or other payment orders. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment. Current AACR members will receive a reduced registration rate; however, members must include their member ID number on the registration form or log into their AACR member account online to obtain the AACR member rate. Online registrations will be confirmed by e-mail immediately. All other registrations will be confirmed upon request. Original receipts will be provided onsite at the registration desk.
REGISTRATION RATES
Attendee registration includes admission to all scientific sessions, poster sessions, the Opening Reception on September 22, conference continental breakfasts on September 23, 24, and 25, and refreshments during the poster sessions.

Students registering onsite must show a valid student I.D. You must be an AACR member, paid through 2008, prior to registering in order to receive the reduced member rate for this conference. Additional information on AACR membership categories, as well as application forms and submission instructions, are available on the Membership section of the AACR website.
Guest registration is for social activities only. It does not admit individuals to the lecture sessions. Social activities include the Opening Reception on September 22, conference continental breakfasts on September 23, 24, and 25, and refreshments during the poster sessions.
REFUND POLICY
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by August 29. Refund requests may be sent by fax to (215) 351-9165 or by e-mail to
theresa.griffith@aacr.org. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by August 29. After August 29, no refunds can be made.
