ACCOMMODATIONS
The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle’s desirable Eastside and is 20 minutes from the Sea-Tac International Airport and nine miles east of Seattle. A reduced conference rate of $159 per night was available to conference attendees until Wednesday, April 24. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the best available rate by calling (425) 462-1234. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 14.4 percent. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge until 24 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
TRAVEL TO SEATTLE
The closest major airport to the conference site is the Sea-Tac International Airport (SEA), just 20 minutes from the hotel. Researchers from more than 50 different countries around the world regularly participate in AACR meetings and conferences. The Association encourages and appreciates the contributions of international researchers at our programs. If you plan to attend this AACR conference, please contact the American Consulate in your country to review the current regulations for travel to the United States.
