ACCOMMODATIONS

The conference will be held at The Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California. The Manchester Grand Hyatt is located just five or 10 minutes (3 m/4.8 km) from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). The waterfront San Diego hotel combines the convenience of downtown with the comfort of Hyatt’s inviting guest rooms. Guests can easily explore the San Diego area, with nearby attractions and entertainment options.

A reduced conference rate of $220 per night is available to conference attendees until Thursday, September 12. Reservations may be made online below or by calling (619) 232-1234 and mentioning the AACR Advances in Breast Cancer Research Special Conference. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until Thursday, September 12. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the best available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 10.5 percent, in addition to a 2 percent San Diego fee, and $0.21 California State Fee. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge until 24 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

The closest major airport to the conference site is the San Diego International Airport (SAN), just 3 miles / 4.8 kilometers from the hotel. Researchers from more than 50 different countries around the world regularly participate in AACR meetings and conferences. The association encourages and appreciates the contributions of international researchers at our programs.
