ACCOMMODATIONS

The conference will be held at JW Marriott Ihilani Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Oahu, Hawaii. Approximately 20 miles from the Honolulu International Airport, the JW Marriott Ihilani is tucked away on Oahu's sunny western shore. The hotel lies within the magnificent 640-acre Ko Olina Resort and is situated majestically beside one of the resort's four pristine lagoons. A haven for rejuvenation and tranquility, the JW Marriott Ihilani exudes a true atmosphere of relaxed Hawaiian elegance.

A reduced conference rate of $235 per night (plus tax), single or double occupancy, is available to conference attendees until Friday, September 19, on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be made online below or by calling (800) 626-4446 or (808) 679-0079, and identifying yourself as an AACR Inflammation conference attendee. Reservations made after the deadline will be accepted based upon hotel room and rate availability at that time.

Guests may cancel 72 hours in advance to avoid the penalty, which is one night’s room rate (which is also the deposit). If not cancelled 72 hours prior, the deposit of one night room & tax will be forfeited.

TRAVEL TO HAWAII

The closest major airport to the conference site is Honolulu International Airport (HNL), located approximately 20 miles the hotel. The AACR has named Experient its official travel coordinator for this conference. Experient is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, Monday through Friday.

From Honolulu International Airport, take H-1 Freeway west to Waianae. Stay on the freeway for approximately 17 miles and take the Ko Olina exit. INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Researchers from over 50 different countries around the world regularly participate in AACR meetings and conferences. The Association encourages and appreciates the contributions of international researchers at our programs. If you plan to attend this AACR conference, please contact the American Consulate in your country to review the current regulations for travel to the United States. Obtaining the proper documentation may take several weeks or months, depending on your location, so we encourage you to contact the consulate as soon as possible if you are considering attending this conference.
