A special room rate of $209 plus tax is available to conference attendees until Monday, May 28 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations may be made online below or by calling (775) 832-1234 and requesting the AACR 2012 Pancreatic Cancer conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 13 percent. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge until seven days in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m..

The closest major airport to the conference site is the Reno/Tahoe airport located approximately 45 minutes from the hotel. GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Taxi service is available between the airport and Hyatt Lake Tahoe resort, but availability can vary depending on the time of day, as well as road and weather conditions. Taxi service is approximately $105 one-way, plus gratuity. Utilizing the North Lake Shuttle or renting a car is suggested.
North Lake Tahoe Express runs shuttle service between the Hyatt and Reno/Tahoe Airport. A special rate of $50 per person, roundtrip is being extended to AACR conference attendees. The North Lake Tahoe Express reduced rate of $50 round trip will be honored for AACR Attendees who are not staying at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe.
