The abstract submission deadline was Monday, December 6. The Conference Co-Chairpersons have evaluated the scientific quality of the abstracts on the basis of the following criteria: novelty of the research, significance of the findings and clarity. Only those abstracts that have been accepted by the Conference Co-Chairpersons may be presented. Individuals listed as presenters have been notified by e-mail (acceptance and rejection) and those scheduled in a poster session and/or a short talk have been provided with instructions for their presentation. Poster boards will be 4 feet high and 8 feet across (1.22m x 2.44m). AACR will provide poster numbers and pushpins. View a sample poster layout.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS FOR ABSTRACT PRESENTERS

Individuals planning on presenting an abstract at this conference are encouraged to register and make a room reservation at the conference hotel as early as possible. If an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the conference, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee and may cancel his/her room reservation at no charge up to four days before the scheduled arrival date. WITHDRAWING AN ABSTRACT

Abstracts may be withdrawn only by written request from the abstract presenter. The request must be received at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference. Withdrawal requests may be sent by fax to (215) 599-0111 or by e-mail to programs@aacr.org.
