The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults is an organization dedicated to the needs of young men and women facing the challenges of cancer. The organization offers educational programs about the science of cancer for teens and young adults, runs support groups across the country, and conducts outreach programs that aim to educate communities about cancer. The foundation has a patient navigation program that connects patients with people who can help guide them through cancer diagnosis and treatment. The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults also maintains a scholarship fund for young people who are facing or who have overcome cancer.

The Young Survival Coalition (YSC) is dedicated to the concerns and issues that are unique to young women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. The YSC has an online bulletin board on which young survivors can communicate with one another and it publishes informational brochures and a newsletter. It also produces a weekly e-mail blast. The organization has affiliate branches that host meetings in more than a dozen locations across the United States. In addition to educational and support services for survivors, the YSC works to educate community and government officials about the reality of breast cancer diagnosis in young women.
