Lymphedema

Lymphedema: A condition that manifests itself by swelling and/or pain in the tissue around any area on the body that has received surgery and/or radiation. Usually occurs in the extremities (hands/arms or legs/feet) but can also occur anywhere on the body where surgery was done, e.g., neck/face, trunk, breast).
