REGISTRATION PROCESS

Advance registration is no longer available for this conference. Onsite registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the conference registration desk in the British Columbia Foyer beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3.


Registration forms will not be processed without full payment; copies of checks, government, or other payment orders cannot be accepted. Current MRS and AACR members will receive a reduced registration rate; however, AACR members must include their member ID number on the registration form.

REGISTRATION RATES

Attendee registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, the opening reception on August 3, conference continental breakfasts on August 4, 5, 6, and 7, refreshment breaks, refreshments during the poster sessions, and the conference banquet on August 6.

You must be a member of the AACR or the MRS prior to registering in order to receive the reduced member rate for this conference. The spouse/guest fee is only for meals and social activities listed above. It does NOT admit individuals to lecture sessions. Survivor advocates registering for this conference should contact Karen Russell at advocacy@aacr.org with questions and to verify their organization.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by July 11, 2008. Refund requests may be sent by fax to (215) 351-9165 or by e-mail to meetings@aacr.org. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by July 11. After July 11, no refunds can be made.
