Registration Process
Individuals wishing to attend the conference must register either online or by returning, by mail or by fax, the registration form found above through September 4. After September 4, onsite registration will be available. Places at the conference are available on a first-come, first-served basis according to date of registration. Registration forms will not be processed without full payment. Copies of checks, government, or other payment orders cannot be accepted. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment.

Please note: For online registration, you must login and select a pricing class on your profile to register for this meeting. The "Register" button will become active once you login using an existing account or once you create a new nonmember account.

If you are a Patient/Survivor, registration is complimentary. You must register by completing the registration form and sending in a biography and/or the pamphlet or website of your organization, if you belong to one, to the AACR Survivor and Patient Advocacy Department at advocacy@aacr.org for verification.

Registration Rates
If you are speaking in a scientific session, you will automatically be registered for the Symposium free of charge. Please do not register yourself online. Registration includes entry into scientific sessions as well as light breakfast, boxed lunch, coffee breaks, and reception on September 12th and light breakfast, boxed lunch, and coffee breaks on September 13th.

Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by Friday, August 12, 2016. Refund requests may be sent by fax to 215-446-9925 or by email to meetings@aacr.org. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by August 12, 2016.  After this date, no refunds can be given.
