AccommodationsThe conference will be held at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown is located approximately 18 miles away from Pittsburgh International Airport. A reduced conference rate of $155 per night is available to conference attendees until Thursday, September 7, 2017. Reservations may be made online or by calling 877-999-3223 and requesting the AACR Advances in Ovarian Cancer Research conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 14%. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. No deposit will be taken at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge 24 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Travel to PittsburghThe closest major airport to the conference site is the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), located approximately 22 minutes from the hotel. The AACR has named Gant Travel Management as its official travel coordinator for this conference.
