Accommodations The conference will be held at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C. The Capital Hilton is located approximately 5 miles away from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). A reduced conference rate of $219 per night, plus tax, is available to conference attendees until Monday, Sept. 3, 2018. Reservations may be made online or by calling (800) 774-1500 and requesting the AACR Intestinal Stem Cells and Colon Cancer conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rates and availability. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 10%, plus a 4.8% nightly occupancy tax. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and a first night's deposit at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge 72 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 4 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m.
Travel to Washington, D.C. The closest major airport to the conference site is the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), located approximately 20 minutes (5 miles) from the hotel.
