AccommodationsThe conference will be held at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel is located approximately 10.9 miles away from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and 12 miles away from the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport. A reduced conference rate of $189 per night is available to conference attendees until
Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018. Reservations may be made online or by calling 1-800-717-8850 and requesting the AACR Targeting DNA Methylation and Chromatin for Cancer Therapy conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 16.9%. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. No deposit will be taken at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge 72 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Travel to Atlanta
The closest major airport to the conference site is the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL), located approximately 19 minutes from the hotel. The DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) is also an option and is approximately 33 minutes from the hotel. The AACR has named Gant Travel Management as its official travel coordinator for this conference.
