may apply for as many awards for which they qualify, but may receive a
maximum of one award for this conference. The number of awards provided
and the dollar amounts of each will be based on available funding.
Awards are meant to offset a portion of the registration, travel, and
subsistence expenses incurred by attending this conference. Applicants
will be notified of their award status approximately six weeks after the
application deadline. Applicants who are not selected for an award and,
therefore, cannot attend the conference may receive a full refund of
the conference registration fee upon request.
