AccommodationsThe conference will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton Montreal. A reduced conference rate of $249 CAD per night (plus tax) is available to conference attendees until

online or by calling +1 (800) 361-8234 and requesting the AACR Pediatric Cancer conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 5% federal tax, 9.975% provincial tax, and a 3.5% occupancy tax. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge no later than 3 p.m., 48 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
