Abstract 5557: The Yes-Associated Protein (YAP) regulates GD2 immunotherapy response in high-risk neuroblastoma

What are your long-term career objectives?

My aspiration is to be a physician-scientist whose translational work combines my cancer biology PhD with my future oncology subspecialty training. My dissertation research focused on dissecting the molecular mechanisms underlying response of neuroblastoma, a pediatric solid tumor, to immunotherapy. In the future, I would like to continue to build and strengthen pipelines for students under-represented in STEM fields through direct mentorship and development of institutional programs.
