Alicia Taliaferro is the program coordinator for the AACR Project GENIE Coordinating Center, providing strategic guidance and administration management to oversee various programs and projects. Her assistance in creating a clear project vision for multiple international non-profit organizations has led to her passionate career as the program coordinator. Before her presence at GENIE, Taliaferro led two non-profit programs, bringing together diverse teams from around the globe to work on complex challenges and innovative solutions for improving teamwork, and developing positive work culture, motivation, and production longevity. With more than seven years of practice in multi-channel management, data analysis, and marketing campaigns, she can identify and define the project requirements, scope, and goals, thus ensuring that Project GENIE’s needs are met as it evolves and develops. At Project GENIE, Taliaferro uses her diverse artistic background and cultural perspective to produce innovative solutions that synthesize the strengths and specialties of all operations in an expanding international cancer registry.
