My goal for the near future is to pursue a PhD in a cancer-related biomedical specialty. Ultimately, I aspire to become a culturally aware scientific leader and researcher. Particularly, because of my cultural background and upbringing, I am beyond passionate about fighting cancer health disparities and working with underserved communities to spread knowledge of cancer awareness and prevention.
