Abstract 3218. Radiomic biomarkers to optimize treatment decisions and predict patient outcomes in serous ovarian carcinoma.

What are your long-term career objectives?

My long-term career objective is to become an independent researcher and work on cancer health disparities. As an independent researcher, I aim to create clinical management tools to improve diagnostic discrimination and disease behavior of lung cancer. I would like to include underrepresented racial and ethnic minorities in the radiomics field.

Please share information about how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted your research over the last two years.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted my research in recruiting patients for our studies since we have had limited contact with patients. This impacted our overall recruitment goal and delayed our progress. Nonetheless, we had the opportunity to collaborate with other departments in our institution to create new projects with existing datasets.
