AACR associate member Dr. Katie Campbell is a Cancer Research Institute Irvington Postdoctoral Fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Antoni Ribas at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her research focuses on utilizing sequencing and imaging technologies to understand how melanoma tumors interact with the immune system. Currently, she is applying these approaches to biopsies collected from patients enrolled in immunotherapy clinical trials in order to better and more specifically design treatment strategies for melanoma patients.
