Abstract 4678: Macrophage-targeting Immunotherapy for triple-negative breast cancer

What are your long-term career objectives?

My research goal is to develop more targeted and efficacious therapies for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) treatment by remodeling the tumor microenvironment through macrophage-targeted therapy to prime the tumor for standard of care chemotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibition. After I graduate, I hope to go to the industry and continue working on cancer immunotherapy techniques to improve patient outcomes in TNBC and in other cancers.
