I am currently working on elucidating the role of key Hippo pathway factors in modulating the epidermal squamous cell carcinoma cancer phenotype. My short term goals are to continue identifying additional molecules that regulate the SCC cancer phenotype and to finish my thesis. In the future, I hope to engage in research that will provide insight into early detection and therapeutics for cancer while increasing my scientific writing credentials

Poster 5160: The VGLL4 tumor suppressor inhibits transglutaminase-2 dependent YAP1-TEAD signaling to attenuate the cancer phenotype.
