What are your long-term goals?

I plan to continue my training as a cancer researcher, and ultimately hope to lead a research group investigating questions of how the immune system responds to cancer over the course of its growth.

Please share information about how the pandemic has impacted your research over the last two years.

The pandemic has presented several challenges to my research, including imposing restraints on space and physical resources available to safely do science, as well as moving collaborations into the virtual realm.  While losing regular access to the lab certainly delayed experiments especially during the height of the pandemic, the change in routine also pushed me to prioritize improving my analysis methods, particularly in bioinformatics.
