Research Interests

Cancer biology, genetics, and diagnostics; redisposition to hereditary nonpolyposis colon cancer (HNPCC); novel mutations in chromatin remodeling genes in human cancers; development of clinical applications in early detection, and monitoring of cancer using liquid biopsy; non-invasive detection of multiple types of cancer (CancerSEEK).
