Immune modulation; cancer immunotherapy; regulation; understanding of key strategies and mechanisms to modulate T cell function focusing on the application of this knowledge to cancer immunotherapy; animal models and clinical samples to provide insights toward the identification of biomarkers and/or the design of rational combination clinical trials.
