“My current research interest involves identifying therapeutic strategies for advanced prostate cancers. I specifically am interested in defining the role of interactions between the lysine demethylase KDM5B and the nuclear receptor PPAR gamma in prostate cancer growth. My career ambition is to become an independent research investigator in the biotechnology industry who studies the role of epigenetics in cancer drug resistance.”
