aacr official vendors

Convention Management Resources (CMR) and CompuSystems are the official hotel and registration management providers for the AACR Annual Meeting 2024. No other hotel, registration management companies, or travel agencies are authorized to place hotel reservations or registrations for the Annual Meeting on behalf of the AACR.

The AACR evaluates and chooses vendors who offer superior service and quality products to exhibitors. Rest assured that AACR never provides AACR exhibitor lists to those other than official vendors. All official vendors must display the official vendor seal of the meeting. Please contact the exhibits team for further questions or clarification.

Soliciting Business Outside Booth

Any individual observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, or in another company’s booth, will be in violation of our Exhibit Policies. The Floor Manager will be on duty ensuring everyone is following the rules and regulations of our meeting. Should any exhibitor witness an individual, especially a non-exhibitor, committing this violation, we ask you to notify Exhibit Management immediately. Companies pay to exhibit at our meeting, and it is unfair practice for someone to conduct business without being an official exhibitor. We take this violation very seriously.

AACR-NCI-EORTC INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MOLECULAR TARGETS AND CANCER THERAPEUTICS

Hosted by the American Association for Cancer Research, the National Cancer Institute, and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer, the 2023 Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics conference will return to the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Massachusetts from October 11-15, 2023.

This program attracts 1,200-1,500 academics, scientists, and pharmaceutical industry representatives from across the globe to discuss innovations in drug development, target selection, the impact of new discoveries in cellular and molecular biology, and early clinical trials. Innovative, targeted therapeutics are discovered through the rapid advances in our understanding of the molecular basis of cancer.

More information for booking booth space will be available in June 2023. Please email exhibits@aacr.org with any questions.

AACR SPECIAL CONFERENCES

The AACR organizes a variety of outstanding conferences, meetings, and workshops each year to advance our understanding of cancer and to facilitate the exchange of the most cutting-edge research in the field. Attendees are invited to stretch their boundaries, form collaborations, attend sessions outside their areas of expertise, and learn how to apply exciting new concepts, tools, and techniques to their own research.

AACR Special Conferences present unique opportunities to interact with the world’s leading experts and discuss the latest findings in rapidly developing areas of cancer research. These popular conferences are relatively small (150-400 attendees) to allow ample time for discussion and networking.

The AACR also holds a variety of meetings on a recurring basis, including such collaborative programs as the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium, the Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics Conference, the International Cancer Immunotherapy Conference, and the Biennial Meeting on Advances in Malignant Lymphoma.

There are limited opportunities to exhibit at special conferences. Don’t miss this opportunity.

For more information on exhibiting, please contact the Exhibits Team at [email protected].

San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium 2023

This year, The AACR is partnering with the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium. This Symposium is designed to provide state-of-the-art information on the experimental biology, etiology, prevention, diagnosis, and therapy of breast cancer and premalignant breast disease to an international audience of academic and private physicians and researchers. The scientific program consists of formal lectures by experts in clinical, translational, and basic research, selected slide and poster presentations, forums, and case discussions.

This international symposium is directed primarily towards academic and private physicians and researchers involved in breast cancer in medical, surgical, gynecologic, and radiation oncology, as well as patient advocates and other appropriate health care professionals. We anticipate 9,500 attendees from more than one hundred countries. The San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium will take place in from December 5-9, 2023, with exhibits from December 6-8, 2023, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The Symposium offers attendees the unique opportunity to participate in person in San Antonio, Texas or virtually.
