Financial Support for Attendance
Individuals may apply for as many awards for which they qualify but may receive a maximum of one award for this meeting. The number of awards and amount of each award provided will be based on available funding. Applicants will be notified of their award status approximately five weeks after the application deadline.
Applicants must be an Associate Member of the AACR in good standing. Nonmember graduate students, medical students and residents, and clinical or postdoctoral fellows who wish to apply for a Scholar-in-Training Award must submit a satisfactory application for AACR Associate Membership by November 4, 2021. Nonmembers can apply for membership by downloading the Official Application for Membership and submitting to the AACR office with the required documents or apply online. Please submit your AACR membership application at least 30 days before the Scholar-in-Training Award deadline to ensure that it is processed in time for you to access your myAACR account. Lapsed members can renew their membership through their myAACR account.
Applications for Scholar-in-Training Awards will be accepted until Thursday, November 4, 2021, 11:59 a.m. ET.
To apply for a Scholar-in-Training Award, applicants must first submit their abstract to the conference. To complete a Scholar-in-Training Award Application, applicants must log onto myAACR. Once logged on, click “Applications/Awards” to be directed to the AACR Online Submission System. Click “View All Activities” to find the 2021 AACR Special Conference: Targeting RAS Scholar-in-Training Award Application, where you can create your submission. Click the “Create Submissions” button to begin.
