
Research Interests
Signal transduction pathways; role of RAS proteins in cancer initiation and progression; development of cell-based and animal-based models in the study of inflammation and immunity in RAS-driven tumorigenesis; characterization of feedback mechanisms that control the functional output of the RAS signaling axis; utilization of chemical biology approaches to identify new modalities for therapeutic targeting; oncogene function in pancreatic cancer.
