Patient Advocate Registration Rates

AACR Patient Affiliate Advocate members in good standing may register to attend AACR special conferences and Annual Meeting at a discounted rate. Nonmember patient advocates may also register at a reduced cost. This reduced registration category is reserved exclusively for patient advocates and is not intended for medical professionals, including nurses, physicians, physician assistants, social workers, patient navigators, or counselors.

Affiliate Patient Advocate Member Registration

Patient advocates who are AACR Affiliate Advocate members in good standing may register through the MyAACR portal to obtain discounted registrations for the AACR Annual Meeting and special conferences. Please email [email protected] with any questions.

Nonmember Patient Advocate Registration

Nonmember patient advocates will need to complete an advocate verification form to receive the discounted patient advocate registration rate. Completed forms should be submitted at least two weeks before the start of the event to ensure timely processing. Applicants must be approved by AACR staff before they can register for the meeting/conference. Approved applicants will receive an email with instructions on how to register.
