My research focus as a PhD candidate centers on liver cancer genomics, specifically the identification of relevant transcriptomic signatures through a combination of in silico analyses and wet-lab validation. After graduation, I plan to take a postdoctoral position where I can grow as a researcher applying my established skill set to a related but novel field. Additionally, I am interested in working as a high-profile journal editor to address current issues in the peer-review process.
