Anum Mian has joined AACR Project GENIE as assistant director of clinical informatics and data science for the Coordinating Center. Anum brings over 13 years of experience in clinical informatics and data analytics, with deep expertise in real-world data curation, EHR data integration, and scalable data pipeline development. Most recently at Freenome, she led OMOP-based data curation and EHR ingestion initiatives. Her background across leading healthcare organizations, combined with technical expertise in SQL, Python, HL7/FHIR, and standardized terminologies, will be instrumental in advancing GENIE’s new data model and scaling programmatic data collection efforts.
