What are your long-term career objectives? 

“I am a fifth-year PhD candidate at the University of Florida working under the supervision of Dr. Thomas D. Schmittgen. I am studying the preluding event of pancreatic cancer development, known as acinar to ductal metaplasia, in mouse and human organoids, for drug screening and health disparities research. I will be pursuing her postdoctoral fellowship at Dana Farber Cancer Institute performing immunotherapy research for pancreas cancer under the supervision of Dr. Stephanie Dougan.”
