What are your long-term career objectives? 

“My short-term career goal is to have an impactful graduate school career, where I gain training from exemplary faculty, aiding my endless pursuit of knowledge, allowing me to master complex molecular biology techniques and strengthen my scientific foundation. For my long-term career goal, I want to become an independent investigator leading a research group that aims at increasing the effectiveness of cancer killing therapies on patients and reducing the effects of harmful radiation on astronauts.”
